From the digital diagnosis to the implementation of digital solutions, my role is to bring your team and company to new heights. Pursuing excellence, the satisfaction of my customers is at the heart of my actions.
As an Implementation Consultant and Project Manager, I believe it is important to clearly define the business needs, prioritize them in a detailed action plan and establish measurable objectives. The action plan is monitored and adjusted, if necessary, to achieve the objectives successfully and meet the business needs.
A mechanical engineer by training, I have more than 30 years of experience, including nearly 25 years as an exporting manufacturer where I held several management positions. I had the privilege of leading several teams (engineering, production, quality, procurement, accounts payable, installation and after-sales service). For more than 6 years, I have been helping companies in the evaluation, selection and implementation of digital solutions (ERP, Industry 4.0 and advanced analytics) and project management.
